Cloud Campaign’s Content Creation Experience offers a more streamlined way to design, customize, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. This guide walks you through the full process—from enabling Beta Mode to adding media, captions, and tags, all the way to publishing your post.
Step 1: Launch the Content Creation Flow
Click “Create Content” and choose the content type you'd like to create:
- Post
- Story
- Cover Photo
A modal will appear to guide you through the setup.
Step 2: Name Your Content
Give your content a descriptive name to easily find it later in your Content Library.
Step 3: Select Social Accounts
Choose which platforms or social accounts this post will publish to. The system will auto-select any default accounts listed under Brand Settings.
Tip: You can also select a platform without assigning a specific account. This is helpful if you plan to copy the post to other workspaces or accounts later.
Step 4: Add Media (Image, Video, or URL)
Image Upload Options:
- Upload from your computer (drag & drop supported)
- Import free stock images from Pexels
- Import directly from Canva
- You can upload up to 10 images per post.
You can also:
- Reorder images using drag and drop
- Remove images with the trash icon
- Preview images with the zoom icon
Video Upload:
- Select the Video tab to upload an MP4
- Choose a video thumbnail frame
- Enter a Video Title (defaults to the name of post if left blank)
Add a URL:
- Paste the URL and click “Save URL”
- Website image, title, and description auto-populate (you can edit these)
Step 5: Add or Generate Captions
Manual Captions
- Type your caption directly
- Monitor character and hashtag limits with live counters
- Use the emoji picker
- Add platform-specific versions by toggling the “Platform-Specific Captions” option
- Tag accounts directly using platform tabs
Use saved hashtag groups via the # icon or create new ones
AI-Generated Captions with CaptionAI
- Select CaptionAI
- Choose a tone and number of captions
- Enter a prompt (what the post is about)
- Choose whether to include emojis or hashtags
- Enable platform-specific AI captions if needed
- Click “Generate Captions”, then select your favorites and import them
You can edit AI-generated captions after they’ve been added.
Step 6: Adjust Content Settings
- Require Approval: Toggle on if this post needs internal or client review before publishing
- Recycle Content: Enable if you want the post to be reused. You can recycle it by:
- Setting an expiration date, or
- Defining a post limit
If multiple captions are present, they’ll rotate with each publish cycle.
Step 7: Add Tags to Organize Content
Use custom Content Tags to group content for future filtering, bulk actions, or performance tracking. Tags help you manage campaigns more efficiently.
Step 8: Review Warnings and Finalize
Any media, caption, or platform-related issues will appear above the action buttons. These may include:
- Exceeding caption limits
- Incompatible media formats
- Platform restrictions
After validating the setup, choose your final action:
- Save (to edit or schedule later)
- Save & Schedule (to pick a date/time)
- Save & Post Now (to publish immediately)
