Important Note First:
Instagram Stories can only be posted to Business accounts — not Creator or Personal accounts.
If your Instagram account isn’t a Business account, follow these steps to switch and relink your account before scheduling a Story.
How to Schedule an Instagram Story in Cloud Campaign

Navigate to Create Content
- Click the “Create Content” button from the top menu.
- Select “Story” as the content type.

Upload Media
- Only 1 image or video can be uploaded per Story post.
Image Specs:
- Recommended Aspect Ratio: 9:16 (1080x1920)
Video Specs:
- Aspect Ratio: Between 0.1:1 and 10.1
- Max Resolution: 1920 horizontal pixels
- We recommend 9:16 to avoid cropping or unwanted background space.

Choose an Instagram Account
- Under the Accounts menu, select the Instagram Business account you’d like to post to.
- Story posts can only be posted to Instagram — not Facebook or other platforms.
What Happens Next?
- Once uploaded, the content will appear in your Content Library with a “Story Post” banner.
- To schedule the Story:
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the content item.
- Select “Schedule Post.”
- Your scheduled story will then appear on the Calendar view, and the Story Post label will stay visible beside the content for easy reference.
That’s it — your Instagram Stories are now set to go out automatically!
