Why Add Multiple Captions?
When you're recycling content, you may not want it to post with the exact same caption every time. That’s where multiple captions come in handy. Our system will cycle through them sequentially, giving your posts variety over time.
How to Add or Edit a Caption
- Open your content in the Content Library
- Scroll to the bottom of the content editor — you’ll see the current caption field

Type your new caption
- A character counter appears in the lower right
- If you exceed the limit for a platform, it will turn red and show which platforms need editing
- Use the emoji picker in the footer to add emojis
- The hashtag counter will automatically count hashtags in your caption
Platform-Specific Captions
Want tailored messaging for each platform?
- Toggle “Platform-Specific Captions” on
- You’ll now see platform icons (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) appear
- Click each icon to customize your caption for that platform
