This article will walk you through how to connect your client’s ad account and include ad analytics in reports—in just 3 easy steps.
Step 1: Connect Your Client’s Facebook Ad Account
To begin tracking ad performance, connect your client’s Facebook Ads account to their workspace.
Here's how:
Go to the client’s Brand Workspace.
Click the gear icon to open Brand Settings.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click “Add New” and select “Facebook Ads.”
Follow the authorization prompt to grant all requested permissions.
Select the correct Facebook Ad Account for this brand.
Step 2: Wait for Analytics to Populate
Once connected, Cloud Campaign will automatically begin importing 13 months of ad analytics from both Facebook and Instagram.
It may take up to 10 minutes for the data to appear in your account.
Step 3: Include Ad Analytics in Client Reports
After setup, Facebook and Instagram ad data will be automatically included in all new reports.
To customize this:
When generating or editing a report, simply uncheck the box labeled “Include Ad Analytics” if you want to exclude that data.
This gives you complete control over how ad performance appears in each report.
