Once a post has been published, deletion options depend on the social platform it was posted to.
Platforms That Cannot Be Deleted from Cloud Campaign
For the following platforms, posts cannot be deleted directly within Cloud Campaign:
Instagram
TikTok
If you need to remove a post from one of these platforms, you must log directly into the native social media account and delete the post there.
Platforms That Can Be Deleted from Cloud Campaign
You can delete published posts directly from Cloud Campaign for:
LinkedIn
Facebook
Threads
Google Business Profile (GMB)
YouTube
How to Delete a Post in Cloud Campaign
Follow these steps:
Navigate to Activity Feed
Click on Recent Posts
Locate the post you would like to delete
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the post
Select Delete Post
Once deleted, the post will be removed from the connected social platform.
Important Notes
Deleted posts cannot be recovered.
If you do not see the delete option, confirm that the platform supports deletion within Cloud Campaign.
