How to Post Immediately to Multiple Accounts

Need to publish content to several accounts right away? Cloud Campaign makes it easy to post instantly—whether it’s an update you’ve just created or content already in your library.

Option 1: Post Immediately from the Content Library

1. Navigate to your Content Library under the Create section in the left-hand menu.
2. Find the content you'd like to publish and click Post Now.

   This will default to the accounts selected as “default” for that piece of content.

3. A modal will appear—either:
   • Click Select All Accounts
   • Or manually check the boxes next to each account you'd like to publish to.
4. Click Post to Accounts to publish right away.

Option 2: Use the “Post Now” Feature to Create & Publish Instantly

1. If you don’t already have the content saved, click Post Now (often found in the content creation menu).
2. Create your post from scratch.
3. Select the accounts you want to publish to.
4. Click Post to share immediately across the selected accounts.

This method is perfect for sharing time-sensitive updates or announcements without needing to schedule in advance.
