Each of your workspaces will have their own settings in the brand settings. To find these notifications, click the gear icon in the top left of your account under the active workspace name, and select the "Notifications" tab. Here you can enable Slack or email notifications for the following:
1. Weekly Account Updates
Weekly account updates provide a high level view of the activity in the workspace for outside recipients who are not users in your Cloud Campaign account (see this article for enabling weekly account updates for users in your account). You can add multiple email recipients here.
2. External Recipients
External recipients covers both Reporting and Approvals. With our bulk reporting and approval generation features, you can also have these items automatically sent out to multiple email recipients upon generation.
3. Expiring Credentials Alerts
Expiring credential alerts will alert you up to 3 days in advance of your social accounts becoming disconnected, as well as once the accounts have become disconnected. You can add a single email recipient, or add a Slack channel as the recipient.
4. Post Alerts
Post alerts notify you when a post successfully is sent out. You can add a single email recipient, or add a Slack channel as the recipient.
5. Post Failures
Post failures notify you when you a post is not able to be sent out. The notification will include the post title, social platform the post failed to, and the reason why the post failed. You can add a single email recipient, or add a Slack channel as the recipient.
