Cloud Campaign gives you the flexibility to manage notifications on a per-workspace basis. Whether you want weekly email updates, real-time post alerts, or failure notifications, you can customize exactly who gets notified and how — via email or Slack.
Where to Find Workspace Notification Settings
To set up or manage notifications for a specific workspace:
- Click the gear icon in the top-left corner of your dashboard — just below your active workspace name.
- Navigate to the “Notifications” tab.
From here, you’ll be able to enable and configure five types of workspace notifications.
1. Weekly Account Updates
This notification sends a weekly summary email of your workspace’s activity to any external email addresses you specify. It’s designed for stakeholders who aren’t Cloud Campaign users but still want a high-level overview.
You can add multiple recipients to receive these reports.
2. External Recipients (Reporting & Approvals)
With Bulk Reports and Bulk Approvals, you can automatically send generated content to external email recipients. This setting lets you define who receives reports and approval links as soon as they’re created.
Ideal for keeping clients or collaborators in the loop without manually sending updates.
3. Expiring Credentials Alerts
Prevent account disruptions by setting up alerts for expiring or disconnected social accounts.
- Notifications are sent 3 days before expiration and again once disconnected.
- You can notify either:
- A single email address, or
- A Slack channel
4. Post Alerts (Success)
Stay informed when a post successfully goes live. These alerts can be sent to:
- A single email address
- Or a Slack channel
Great for tracking activity in real-time or confirming that scheduled content was successfully published.
5. Post Failure Notifications
If a post fails to publish, you’ll be notified immediately with key details:
- Post title
- Platform the post failed on
- Reason for failure
You can receive these notifications via:
- Email (1 recipient)
- Slack channel
