The Direct Messages section in Cloud Campaign is designed to display DM’s across your social landscape in one place. We know that interaction with these messages is key to maintaining a positive brand image, and want to take the hassle of managing them natively in each application a thing of the past! All messages are time-stamped, making it easy to pick up an older conversation and communicate right within the platform!
How do I navigate to Direct Messages?
In the left-hand menu of the platform, in the Monitor section, click the “Activity Feed” drop-down, and Direct Messages will be the second option. At this time, only direct messages from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter will show here. Some things to note in the Direct Messages section, for Instagram you only have 7 days to respond to the DM before it’s no longer allowed, DMs can have a maximum of 1000 characters, and Grey date/time will bring you directly to the DM thread.
