The Mentions section in Cloud Campaign gives you real-time visibility into when your brand or connected social media accounts are mentioned online. Monitoring social mentions is a key strategy for social media engagement, brand reputation management, and testimonial generation. With just a few clicks, you can filter, search, and respond to social mentions directly within the platform.
Why Monitor Mentions?
Tracking social mentions helps you:
- Respond quickly to brand shoutouts or customer concerns
- Identify user-generated content for testimonials
- Measure sentiment and audience engagement across platforms
- Repurpose positive feedback into scheduled content
How to Access the Mentions Section
To find the Mentions feature in Cloud Campaign:
- Navigate to the left-hand menu under the Monitor section.
- Click on the “Activity Feed” dropdown.
- Select Mentions.
Filtering and Navigating Mentions
Once you're in the Mentions tab, you’ll find several options to customize your view:
1. Social Account Filter
Use the first dropdown menu to choose which social media account you want to monitor mentions for.

2. Time, Platform, and Impression Filter
The second dropdown allows you to sort mentions by:
- Date range
- Platform (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Type of engagement (likes, shares, comments)

3. Keyword Search
Use the search bar to find mentions that contain specific words or phrases—ideal for tracking campaigns or brand-related keywords.

Actions You Can Take from the Mentions Tab
From any mention post, click the three-dot icon to:
- Copy Post – Repurpose content across accounts
- Manage Post – View post details, engagement metrics, or schedule a response

You can also comment and reply to mentions directly from this view, helping you stay engaged without leaving the platform.
