The Direct Messages section in Cloud Campaign allows you to manage all of your DMs across connected social platforms in one centralized place. Instead of switching between native apps, you can reply, track, and organize your messages right within the platform—helping you maintain a responsive and professional brand presence.
All messages are time-stamped, making it easy to jump back into older conversations and continue the dialogue seamlessly.
How to Access Direct Messages
- From the left-hand menu, go to the Monitor section.
- Click the “Activity Feed” dropdown.
- Select “Direct Messages.”
Currently, only Instagram and Facebook direct messages are supported.
Key Features & Limitations
- All DMs in One Place: View messages from multiple platforms in one interface.
- 7-Day Reply Window (Instagram): You can only reply to Instagram DMs within 7 days of receiving them due to platform limitations.
- Character Limit: DMs support up to 1,000 characters.
- Quick Navigation: Click the grey date/time stamp to jump directly into a specific DM thread.
