Just signed a new client? You can create a new workspace in Cloud Campaign in just a few clicks! Each workspace helps you manage content, analytics, and approvals separately by brand or client, keeping your operations organized and streamlined.
This article will walk you through the simple steps to add a new workspace.
Step-by-Step: Create a New Workspace
From your Cloud Campaign dashboard, click the brand name to display a drop down and select "Agency View" the top-left corner.
Select "Add New Workspace" from the dropdown menu.
Enter your new client's:
Workspace name
Primary timezone
Industry (optional)
Click “Create Workspace.”
That’s it! Your new workspace is now active.
Billing Information
Your billing will be pro-rated based on your current subscription plan.
Each new workspace will reflect in your billing cycle accordingly.
