Cloud Campaign’s Agency Plan is designed to scale with marketing teams and agencies managing multiple brands. Instead of charging for every user or account, we use a brand-based billing model that grows with your business.
This article explains how billing works, what it costs to add more brand workspaces, and how pro-rated charges are handled.
What Is Included in Your Plan?
Each Agency Plan comes with a set number of included brand workspaces (usually 5). These allow you to manage different clients or brands independently, each with its own:
Content library
Reports
Scheduling
Integrations
Why Did My Bill Increase?
The most common reason for a billing increase is adding brand workspaces beyond the number included in your current plan.
Once all included brand workspaces have been used, additional brands incur a monthly add-on fee based on your subscription tier.
Billing changes may also occur when brand workspaces are added or removed during a billing cycle. Because Cloud Campaign uses prorated billing, charges are adjusted based on the number of days the workspace was active during the month.
For example:
- Adding a brand halfway through the month results in a partial charge rather than the full monthly fee.
- Removing a brand halfway through the month results in a partial credit or reduced charge.
This means your invoice may increase or decrease depending on when brand workspaces are added or removed throughout the billing period.
How Much Does It Cost to Add More Brands?
Once you've used all included brand workspaces, additional brands incur an add-on monthly fee:

Can I Add Brands Mid-Month?
Yes! Brand workspace billing is pro-rated.
If you add a new brand halfway through the month, you'll pay only half the monthly rate.
Example: On the Studio Tier, adding a brand mid-month = $14.50 instead of $29.
What If I Delete a Brand Workspace?
No longer managing a brand?
You can delete a workspace at any time.
Your billing will automatically decrease, also prorated based on the deletion date.
Example: Delete a Studio Tier brand mid-month = save $14.50.

Managing Your Brand Workspaces
To better manage billing costs, regularly review your active brand workspaces and remove any that are no longer needed.
