If you're hoping to switch to a smaller plan rather than canceling completely, you can do so by clicking on Manage on the billing page
How to Cancel or Put Your Account on Hold
- Log in to your Cloud Campaign account.
- Click on the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the screen (where your name is located).
- Select Billing Info from the dropdown.
Cancel or Pause Your Subscription
- Under the Subscription tab, click Delete Account.
- A quick form will appear—use it to:
- Request permanent account deletion, or
- Request a temporary hold on your account if you plan to return later.

⚠️ Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Be sure to export any necessary data before proceeding.
