Want to have your users get notifications for all the brands that they manage or have access to? Here’s how your users can set those up.
First, navigate to your home dashboard. It will look like the following image. Once there, click your user’s name in the top right corner. This will bring up the Admin Menu, where you can click on “Account Settings”.
Once you’re in account settings, click on the “Subscriptions” tab, here you can enable "Getting Started Guide" which will send a guide to any new user you add to your account. "Comment Notifications" will send an email when there is a comment left on an approval link or on a piece of content in the Content Library. "Message Assignment Notifications" will send an email when a message in the Social Inbox is assigned to your user. "Content Approval Notifications" will send you an email when a post has been approved on an approval link or in the workspace. "Weekly Account Recap" will send an email at the beginning of the week regarding post count and upcoming posts for each social account!
Once you toggle on and off the email notifications you would like, be sure to click the "Save Changes" button!
