CloudStudio's Auto-Complete feature uses your website to automatically populate portions of the Intake Form.
This helps reduce manual setup and gives CloudStudio additional context about your brand.
How Does Auto-Complete Work?
When you enter your website URL and click Auto-Complete, CloudStudio:
- Visits your homepage
- Reviews key pages such as:
- About
- Services
- Contact
- Team
- Extracts relevant brand information
- Populates available Intake Form fields
What Information Can Be Detected?
CloudStudio may identify:
- Brand name
- Industry
- Location
- Target audience
- Brand colors
- Phone number
- Logo
The information discovered depends on the content available on your website.
Why Didn't CloudStudio Find My Logo?
For best results:
✓ Place your logo inside a standard image tag
✓ Include "logo" in the image filename or alt text
✓ Display your logo prominently in the website header
✓ Configure Open Graph images as a backup
Why Didn't CloudStudio Find My Images?
CloudStudio can only access images that are publicly available.
Images may not be discovered if they:
- Require login access
- Are loaded only after user interaction
- Exist only as CSS background images
- Are very small thumbnails

We recommend:
- Using standard image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP)
- Adding descriptive alt text
- Organizing products into dedicated pages
- Linking galleries and product collections from your homepage
