Improve Post Failure Error Checklist
The current post failure messages and error checklist could be more informative.
For example, “We have encountered an error posting this content” doesn’t clarify what went wrong, and “Please reach out to our support chat or email” can be confusing, as there is no support chat available in the platform.
Since these checklists are intended to help users identify, resolve, and retry failed posts, it would be helpful if they provided clearer, more actionable guidance. We often rely on our own internal troubleshooting process.
Improving this experience would go a long way in reducing confusion, especially for new team members and end customers who may be less familiar with the platform.
