If you're trying to determine who owns or manages a YouTube channel, you can easily check the account's permissions and ownership settings through YouTube Studio—as long as you have access to the correct Google account.
Requirements:

You must be logged into the YouTube channel’s Google account, or

Have Manager access to the associated Brand Account.
1. Log in to YouTube
Go to youtube.com and sign in to the account connected to the channel you're investigating.
2. Access YouTube Studio

In the top-right corner, click your profile icon.

From the dropdown menu, click YouTube Studio.
3. Open Channel Settings

Once inside YouTube Studio, look at the menu on the left-hand side.

Scroll down and click on Settings (gear icon at the bottom left).
4. Click on "Permissions"

In the settings pop-up window, select the Permissions tab.

This section will display a list of users with access to the channel.
The Primary Owner’s email will be listed here, along with any Managers or Editors.
