Easily bulk upload content into your workspace using a CSV file that includes links, captions, and images. Follow the steps below to format and upload your content correctly.
Step 1: Download the Template
Start by downloading the official CSV Template to ensure proper formatting.
Required Fields (Include at least one):
When preparing your CSV for upload, you must include at least one of the following fields in each row:
-
Link
Use this field to share any online content such as blog posts, podcasts, or product pages. When a link is included, Cloud Campaign will automatically pull the associated image and caption metadata.
Note: You can override the pulled caption by adding your own in the "Caption" column. -
Image
Paste the direct URL of the image you want to share. To get this link, upload your image to a free hosting site like Imgbb. Once uploaded, open the "Direct Link," right-click the image, and choose "Copy Image Address"—then paste that into this field.
-
Caption
This is the text that will appear with your content when it’s posted. If you’d like to create multiple caption variations, separate them using this divider:%|%
(Example: “Excited to share! %|% Check this out!”)
You must include at least one of the fields above—Link, Image, or Caption—for each piece of content in your CSV. The rest of the fields are optional.
Optional Fields
In addition to providing at least a link, image, or caption, you can also include the following optional fields in your CSV to customize how your content is handled:
-
Title: A custom title for internal reference. If left blank, it will default to your workspace settings.
-
Approved: You can mark whether a post should be automatically approved by adding
TRUE
orFALSE
. If not specified, your default approval setting will be used. -
Recycle: Indicate whether the content should be added to your recycled content queue by entering
TRUE
orFALSE
. -
Schedule: Schedule the post by entering a date and time in the format
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm
(e.g.,2020-03-04 17:45
). If you only include a date (e.g.,2020-03-04
), the platform will schedule the post at the statistically best time for that day. -
Comment: Add an internal comment visible only to your team or client. This won’t appear in the public post and is used for collaboration or notes.
-
Category: Assign one or more categories to your content by separating them with commas (e.g.,
Category 1, Category 2
). This can help with organizing and automating publishing through category-based scheduling. -
Shorten Link: If you’re including a link and would like it shortened using the built-in link shortener (especially helpful for platforms like LinkedIn), enter
TRUE
. If you don’t want it shortened, enterFALSE
.
