Need to update the default accounts for a bunch of content at once? Whether you've added new accounts or updated your defaults, Cloud Campaign makes it easy to apply those changes in bulk. Just note: default account changes aren’t applied retroactively to existing content—this is where bulk editing comes in handy!
Step-by-Step: Updating Default Accounts in Bulk
- Go to Your Content Library
Head to the Content Library from your dashboard. - Click the Gear Icon
In the center of the screen, click the gear icon to open more options. - Select “Bulk Operations”
Choose Bulk Operations from the menu. - Click “Select Default Accounts”
This will open the tool to manage default account assignments. - Select Content to Update
Click Select Content, choose the specific content items or categories you want to update, and then click Add Items at the bottom-left corner. - Adjust Account Settings
- To remove existing default accounts, check the “Remove all existing default accounts” box.
- To add new default accounts, click Select All or manually select the desired accounts by clicking the circle next to each one.
- Click “Add Default Account(s)”
This will apply the selected accounts to your chosen content items.
Done! Your content now has the updated default account settings applied in bulk—no more editing posts one by one.
