Need to update the payment information on file for your Cloud Campaign account? No problem!
If you need to update payment information but your account is currently locked, please reach out to our team on Support Chat, or contact customersupport@cloudcampaign.com to unlock the account.
Note: If you would prefer to use ACH as your form of payment, please reach out to customersupport@cloudcampaign.com
In the platform, click the upper right-hand drop down menu and select "Billing Info" from the list
Click into the "Payment Form" tab, and then "Change Card on File"
Enter your new credit card information, and click "Update Card" to save!
