How to Correctly Set Up Facebook Permissions to Link with Cloud Campaign

Having trouble linking your Facebook or Instagram accounts to Cloud Campaign? Seeing errors like "Insufficient Permissions"? Follow the steps below to ensure your permissions are correctly configured for reliable posting and account linking.

Step 1: Use "Select All" When Linking Instagram Accounts

When prompted to log into Facebook during the linking process, it’s essential to click “Select All” on every screen to grant full permissions.

To check or update this:

1. Go to your Brand Settings in Cloud Campaign.
2. Click Add New > Facebook.
3. On the Meta permissions screen, click Edit Access.

If you’re automatically redirected to Cloud Campaign instead of seeing the Edit Access screen, reset your Meta permissions and restart from step 1.

4. On the Edit Access screen, make sure “Select All” is checked for every category of permissions.

Note: Selecting all here does not mean all accounts will be linked in Cloud Campaign. You will choose specific accounts in the final linking step.

Step 2: Fix Missing Facebook Pages

If a Facebook Page is missing from the list when you try to link it:

• Follow Step 1 to ensure you’ve granted all permissions correctly.

Step 3: Verify Business Integration Settings on Facebook
